Total weight must be under 5kg per order.

If the package is subjected to duty, VAT or other taxes,
please ensure that you follow your country’s trade regulations.

Orders may be canceled or updated at any time due to insufficient stock, inability to authorize a credit card, an incorrect item price, system error or any other reason, as we see fit. If an item is unavailable at the time of your order, you will be contacted by the SH HA RI customer service team as soon as we are made aware. We reserve the right to update content of the site at any time.
After placing an order you will receive an email confirmation. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a second email with a confirmation of shipment that includes a tracking number that can be used to track your package. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing and shipping. Check the external page below for delivery times by EMS.

In principle, we do not accept returns and exchanges. We will only accept returns or exchanges if a mistake is made on our behalf. If a mistake is made with your order, please notify us within 3 business days after receipt.

By contacting us, you agree to have your personal information collected solely to respond to your message.
